Located near the center of the tract is a 2 bed / 1 bathroom small brick home with metal roof, the home offers approx. 1,073 square ft per county assessor records. Home has electric service, access to well water (water pressure & well supply not strong/reliable) The house could be fixed up and made usable again and an old livestock barn is located near the home.
PLEASE NOTE: The Small Shed Located near the house does not go with the property, and will be removed prior to closing.
Tree removal in the past number of years provides for areas of open grassland. Heavy & dense timber towards the south/southeast portion of the tract. Tract is watered via solar water well located on the west portion of the tract / near gate entrance.
Directions to the Tract: From the Hwy 281 / Hwy 45 intersection south of Hopeton / West of Carmen, travel 1 mile West on Highway 281 to County RD, then travel 3.5 miles south. Tract is located on the east side of the road, gate entrance (Watch for signs)

Possession: Possession will be given July 1st 2020, and following closing.
