Auction Location:  The auction will be held at the farm, at the field entrance on the southwest corner of the tract. We will be there rain or shine, but in case of inclement weather call Josh directly at 580-748-0787.

Legal Description: The North Half of the Southwest Quarter (N/2 SW/4) of Section Twenty-seven (27), Township Thirty-two (32) South, Range Five (5) West of the 6th P.M., in Harper County, Kansas.

Physical Location: The farmland is located approximately 2 1/4 miles North of Freeport Kansas on NE 100th Ave, or 3 3/4 miles South of the intersection of State Highway 160 and NE 100th Ave. The farm is easily accessed from NE 100th Ave (old Freeport blacktop). Watch for Signs

Soil Information: The farmland is comprised with a majority of Class II productive soil, with 85.4% Tabler clay loam loam, 0 to 1 percent slopes, followed by Class II Kirkland-Renfrow soils, and Class II Kirkland silt loam.

FSA Information: As per the Harper County Farm Service Agency, records show 72.63 Farmland Acres

Mineral Information: The Seller owns 25% of the mineral interest associated with the property, and that 25% mineral interest will be conveyed to the purchaser at the time of closing. 

Possession: Possession will be conveyed to the buyer of the property following closing, and the completion of the current summer crop.
