FSA Farm Information: As per the Alfalfa County Farm Service Agency, the farm as a total Wheat Base Acreage of 157.87, with a PLC Yield of 39 Bushels.
Soil Information: 42.4% Class I Tilman silty clay loam, 0 to 1 percent slopes, 54.97% Waynoka fine sandy loam & Lovedale fine sandy loam, 1 to 3 percent slopes.
Farm Location: The farm is on the north-side of the blacktop approx 1 mile west of Dacoma. Travel west on Craig RD (Dacoma blacktop) to CR 490, to the southeast corner of the tract. Watch for signs.
Improvements: A cased water-well along with a utility power pole, electric meter and 110 outlet is located towards the southeast corner of the farm, along with an older shelter-break.
Possession: Will be given following the completion of the 2018 Wheat Crop.
Terms: No Buyers Premium. 10% down upon signing the purchase contract, balance due upon delivery of merchantable title. Bidding is not contingent upon finance, please have all financing in place prior to bidding. Title transfers as surface only with a warranty deed.
