Land Location: From the intersection of Hwy 51 / 74, travel approx. 3 miles east, then 1 mile north via the county road, then travel approx. 1 mile west to the northeast corner of the tract. (Watch for Signs) 

Land Overview: This farm is located in the far northwest part of Logan County in the Marshall Oklahoma area. The land provides ample amount of cover and brush for hunting & reacreational, areas of grass for pastureland, and an open cropland for small grain production. This tract provides great diversity, and has easy access from 51 Hwy.

Soil Information: Principle soil types consist primarily of Class VIe Stephenville-Darsil complext, 5 to 15 Percent Slopes, Class IIw Lawrie silt loam, 0 to 1 percent slopes, Class IIIe Coyle-Ironmound complex, 3 to 5 percent slopes.

10% of the purchase price is to be placed in escrow the day of the auction with the balance being due upon delivery of merchantable title.

Bidding is not contingent on the buyers ability to acquire financing, you must have all financing completed prior to bidding.
