Legal (Surface Only):  N/2 of the NE/4 of Section 30, Township 28 North, Range 11 W.I.M., Alfalfa County, Oklahoma. - Surface Only.  

Farm Location: From the blacktop on the east side of Burlington OK (CR 580 Road) travel 1 mile south to the northeast corner of the tract. Watch for Signs.

Land Information: This approximate 80 acre tract has been in the Staiger family for many years, and served as the family homestead. Located just a few miles from Burlington, the farm and the homestead can be easily accessed via the blacktop, and recently rocked county frontage road. The main portion of the farm is comprised with approx. 57.85 acres of cropland with great Class I soils, and additional cropland acres on the towards the west side of the driftwood creek. This is a great established cropland acreage with easy access, and great potential for a home site. Be sure to take a look at this one.

Soil Information: Principle soil types include: 61.2% Class Iw Dale silt loam, 0 to 1 percent slopes, 12.4% Class I McLain silt loam, 0 to 1 percent slopes, with the balance being in Clas I Reinach very fine sandy loam, Class IIIe Yahola fine sandy loam.

Tax Information: As per Okassessor database, the 2016 taxes were $704.43, 2017 taxes will be prorated to the date of closing.

Possession: Possession full farming the tract will be given the day of the auction. Full possession will be given at closing.

Minerals: The land will be sold "surface only", no mineral interest is being sold.
